• Do you take Purchase Orders?

Yes! Here is our standard process, (some districts and organizations may differ)

1. Decide on the products you would like to purchase and gain approval from your administration. 

(We will supply any information you may need for us to become an approved vendor, i.e. W-9, sole-source, etc.)

2. Submit a request for a quote to info@animatingkids.com

Include the following:

• Name of School

• Name of Purchasing employee

• Address of school/district

• Email address

• Products requested

3. We will send you a PDF quote sheet via email.

4.  The school or district will create a purchase order and send it to us at: info@animatingkids.com

5.  We will notify media instructor(s) of login permissions in an email with a special link.

6.  School or district will wire-transfer, ACH or send check payable to:

Where can we get a detailed overview of the Animating Kids curriculum before we purchase?

Animation Chef’s summary videos and a complete breakdown of our lessons can be had by clicking the Overview tab on the navigation bar.

Can our school transfer a subscription from one teacher to another mid-year?

This is not necessary as each account is on a site-based access. Your master email can be used with all the teachers in your building or just you. It’s your call.

If we have school closures or hybrid schedules as per Covid situations, can kids login in remotely?

Yes. We will send you a special link upon request. This will allow the parents of your students to set up a home-based account. Animating Kids will run on any browser-based device.

What about high enrollment environments, building & district licenses, or multiple-site Licenses. 

Our Site License covers unlimited device logins per IP. Even if your students are doing distance learning, one login protocol covers your virtual site.

How Will Teachers Access the Curriculum?

Animating Kids! is a browser-based website streaming service with downloadable support materials and instructor guides available for print-out. A projection screen, tablet or computer will be required for viewing, and access to a printer is necessary for the PDF printouts.

We do not permit downloading of our videos to be hosted off-site, accept with special permission. There will be an additional fee charged for remote hosting.
